Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

This website is operated by UNO DE JULIO VIAJES S.L. (brand “71Asia Tours”), a travel agency registered in Madrid, Spain. You can find our full company details, licences and contact information in the footer of every page and on our invoices.

2. Bookings and confirmation

A booking request submitted through this website becomes a binding agreement once we confirm it in writing (email). Products supplied through our Bokun checkout are confirmed instantly at the time of payment. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation and contact us promptly about any errors.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency selected on the site; the currency of charge is stated at checkout. Prices include the services listed on each product page. Payment is made by card through Stripe (our payment processor) or, for some agency channels, by bank transfer against an invoice. We never store your card details.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation conditions follow the policy of each product and, for Bokun-supplied products, the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking — Bokun and the supplier's policy are the single source of truth. Where a cancellation is allowed, refunds are always issued in full to the original payment method; we do not issue partial refunds. Cancellations that do not meet the policy cannot be accepted online — contact us and we will help.

5. Changes by us

If a supplier cancels or a service becomes unavailable, we will offer an alternative of equal value or a full refund of the affected service. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including extreme weather, government restrictions or transport strikes.

6. Travel documents and behaviour

You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any health requirements for travel in China. Travellers must follow the reasonable instructions of guides and suppliers. We may end a service, without refund, for behaviour that endangers or seriously disrupts others.

7. Liability

We arrange services with care and select suppliers carefully. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price of the affected booking except where local mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Accounts

When you create an account you agree to keep your credentials confidential and to provide accurate information. Affiliate and agency discounts are personal to the registered account and may be revised with notice. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

9. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for travellers in the EU/EEA and in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL) for processing carried out in China. We collect only the data needed to operate your bookings and this website, never sell personal data, and honour access, correction, deletion and portability requests: write to info@71asia.com. Booking data (name, contact details, passport number where legally required for tickets, travel dates) is shared only with the suppliers needed to deliver your services and with our payment and booking-system providers. Data is retained no longer than necessary for legal accounting and operational purposes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. EU consumers may also rely on mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, or, where applicable for EU consumers, the courts of your place of residence. Chinese-law-mandated protections apply to services performed in China.
