What travellers say about 71Asia Tours

Everything below was written by a guest who actually travelled with us — on this site, on TripAdvisor or on GetYourGuide. We have not edited the wording, and we have not removed the ones that mention crowded days.

Reviews left on third-party platforms are the ones we value most, because we cannot touch them. If you have travelled with us, leave a review here or, better, post it where it can never be edited.

What guests write about the guiding

"Our guide David speaks fluent Spanish, having lived in Madrid for over 20 years."

— TripAdvisor, August 2026 · three-day Chongqing tour

"Our Spanish guide David is outstanding: fluent Spanish from 20+ years living in Madrid, patient, knowledgeable, and gave in-depth explanations of Chongqing's culture, economy and society. 100% worth booking."

— TripAdvisor, July 2026 · Ciqikou & Chongqing 1949 Theater day tour

"David was excellent, very kind, punctual, and had great knowledge about the karst heritage of the area. He organized the itinerary perfectly, without rushing and without mandatory shopping. 10/10 experience!"

— TripAdvisor, September 2026 · Wulong day trip, written in Spanish

"Congratulations to David, the guide, and his companion, photographer Haisho, for their excellent work. Their professionalism, knowledge, and friendly manner made all the difference."

— GetYourGuide verified review, March 2026 · Chongqing city walking tour

The two things guests mention most

1. The language is real. Travellers who have been burned before specifically call out that they could hold a normal conversation with the guide rather than waiting for a translation. If you want to see how we got there, read the story of our Chongqing guide.

2. Nobody is dragged into a shop. Not being walked through a jade workshop or a pearl showroom, and not being sold to on the way back to the hotel, comes up again and again — which tells you how common the practice is elsewhere. It is not a feature we added; it is a rule we do not break. There are no commission-driven stops in any 71Asia Tours itinerary.

How to leave a review

After your tour we send a single follow-up message with two links — one for TripAdvisor, one for GetYourGuide — plus an optional short form on this site. We do not offer discounts, gifts or refunds in exchange for reviews, and we do not ask guests to say anything in particular. An honest three-star review that tells us what to fix is worth more to us than a five-star one that says nothing.
