Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We also use equivalent technologies such as localStorage — in this policy, “cookies” covers both.
2. Strictly necessary cookies (always on)
Required for the site to function: session and login state for your account, shopping-cart session (Bokun checkout), security tokens (including the anti-bot challenge), and your language/currency preference. These cannot be switched off and do not require consent.
3. Analytics cookies (optional, consent-based)
We measure aggregate page views, clicks and time-on-page with first-party, anonymised statistics to improve the site. No cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles. These load only after you accept analytics cookies.
4. Third-party services
Bookings are completed through Bokun's secure checkout; payments through Stripe. When you actively use those services, their own privacy policies apply. Their full booking flow is only loaded on booking pages.
5. How long we store them
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Preference cookies (language, currency, cookie choice) last up to 12 months. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form.
6. Your rights and contact
